## Procurement SpecialistApplylocations: Floridatime type: Full timeposted on: Posted 2 Days Agojob requisition id: JR101103**Job Overview:**Job Summary\*\*The Procurement Specialist for Primoris Energy Services will be responsible for the efficient and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services necessary for Primoris Energy Services' operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and project requirements.Job Responsibilities\*\*\* Execute end-to-end procurement processes, including requisition review, negotiation, purchase order issuance, and contract management for materials, equipment, and services. \* Source and pre-qualify new vendors, assessing their capabilities, financial stability, and adherence to quality and safety standards. \* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, negotiating favorable terms, pricing, and delivery schedules. \* Collaborate closely with project managers, and other internal stakeholders to understand project needs and specifications. \* Monitor supplier performance, address any discrepancies or issues, and implement corrective actions as needed. \* Prepare and analyze procurement reports, identifying cost-saving opportunities and process improvements. \* Ensure compliance with all relevant procurement policies, procedures, ethical guidelines, and regulatory requirements. \* Manage procurement documentation, including contracts, purchase orders, and vendor records. \* Participate in strategic sourcing initiatives and contribute to the development of procurement strategies. \* Resolve disputes and claims with suppliers in a timely and effective manner.Job Qualifications\*\*\* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. \* 3-5 years of progressive experience in procurement or supply chain roles, preferably within the energy, construction, or heavy industrial sectors.
