Regional Account Manager -Northeast/Eastern Region

PTC Therapeutics seeks a Regional Account Manager to represent neurology and Fabry disease products across the Northeast and Eastern regions. The role involves pharmaceutical sales, relationship building with healthcare providers, and driving revenue in specialty care settings.

Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales targets while maintaining regulatory compliance
• Implement marketing strategies to meet sales and patient objectives for neurological and Fabry disease products
• Build and maintain relationships with physicians, healthcare staff, and patient advocacy groups
• Identify key treatment centers and coordinate with stakeholders to optimize patient care
• Address product access and reimbursement issues; resolve customer concerns

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree; life sciences, business, or healthcare preferred
• Minimum 5 years pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare sales experience
• Minimum 3 years rare disease or orphan drug specialty sales experience
• Proven track record exceeding sales targets and growing territories
• Experience selling in specialized clinics, hospitals, and academic centers
• Strong ability to analyze complex data and develop strategic business plans
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Microsoft Office proficiency

Compensation: $186,500-$234,800 base salary, plus short- and long-term incentives
