Job Description Rattaché(e) directement au Responsable Achats, vous jouez un rôle clé dans l'amélioration de la performance industrielle et de la compétitivité de l'entreprise. Responsabilités Gérer un panel de fournisseurs locaux, en coordination avec les Achats Corporate. Piloter les activités achats en phase avant-projet : sourcing, consultations, négociations et qualification fournisseurs. Garantir la performance fournisseur en termes de qualité, coûts, délais et services. Participer aux projets d'innovation et d'amélioration avec la R&D, le marketing, la DSI et les fournisseurs. Contribuer aux projets de transfert et d'industrialisation. Suivre la conformité contractuelle et gérer les litiges (qualité, logistique, facturation). Analyser et maîtriser les risques fournisseurs (financiers, sociaux, géopolitiques). Mettre à jour les données achats et tarifs fournisseurs dans l'ERP. Coopérer avec les équipes Méthodes, Logistique et Qualité (locales et corporate). Réaliser une veille réglementaire, technique et marché sur les familles stratégiques. Qualifications Diplôme d'Ingénieur (génie industriel, génie mécanique, génie électrique, mécatronique, électrotechnique, électronique...) ou Master spécialisé en Achats industriels, Supply Chain, Management industriel. Expérience confirmée (minimum 5 ans) dans un poste d'acheteur BOM / acheteur industriel en environnement industriel. Solide compréhension des environnements industriels, techniques et projets. Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais (niveau B2 minimum), dans un contexte international. Les plus qui pourraient vous rendre encore plus unique Maîtrise d'un ERP et d'outils BI. Expérience en gestion de projets et achats industriels. Parce que votre profil ne se résume pas qu'à des compétences métier Solides capacités de négociation et de communication.
