Providence Seward Mountain Haven is seeking an experienced rn for a travel position in ltc. The selected candidate will work from 08:00 am to 08:30 pm, three times a week for a total of 36 hours per week. The assignment will start as soon as possible and last for 13 weeks. The shift details include night 4x12-hour (19:00 - 07:30) and day 4x12-hour (07:00 - 19:30) rotations. Previous travel experience is required, and the candidate must possess an alaska license. The facility provides a vehicle for the traveler to use during the assignment, which will be available from 72 hours before the start date to 24 hours after the contract ends. The traveler must provide a copy of a valid driver's license and proof of insurance. The facility also requires the candidate to obtain the alaska food worker certification, which can be completed during orientation on-site. There is a one-time $10 fee for this certification.
