Automation TechnicianLocation: Phoenix, AzSchedule OptionsFront Half Days: Monday to Wednesday and every other Thursday, 6:00 AM to 6:30 PMFront Half Nights: Monday to Wednesday and every other Thursday, 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM (+10% shift differential)Back Half Days: Friday to Sunday and every other Thursday, 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM (+10% shift differential)Back Half Nights: Friday to Sunday and every other Thursday, 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM (+15% shift differential)Compensation$27 to $40 per hour, based on experienceShift differentials applied on top of base payOverviewIf you’ve worked with industrial automation, robotics, or conveyor systems and are ready to take the next step, this is a role that actually offers real growth.Our client is expanding operations and hiring Automation Technicians to support highly automated production equipment. This is a hands on role working with PLC driven systems, robotics, and advanced material handling equipment in a fast paced manufacturing environment.This is not a basic maintenance position. You will work alongside engineers and experienced technicians to troubleshoot, improve, and optimize automation systems that keep production running.What You’ll Be DoingTroubleshoot and repair PLC controlled automation systemsMaintain and support industrial robots, conveyors, sensors, and motor controlsDiagnose and resolve issues with VFDs, drives, and electrical control panelsPartner with automation engineers on system improvements and optimizationPerform preventative maintenance on automated production linesRespond to equipment downtime and drive root cause analysisWhat We’re Looking ForWe are targeting technicians with experience in automated environments, not just general maintenance.Key experience includes:Industrial automation environmentsPLC troubleshooting (Allen Bradley or similar)Robotics or automated conveyor systemsElectrical and mechanical troubleshootingSensors, motor controls, and VFDsBackgrounds That Translate WellManufacturing environmentsDistribution or fulfillment automationRobotics and material handling systemsIndustrial maintenance roles supporting automated equipmentWhat You GetCompetitive compensation with shift differentialsFull benefits packageExposure to modern automation and robotics systemsClear path into senior and advanced technical rolesOpportunity to work with a company actively investing in automation #J-18808-Ljbffr Torrey Holistics
