What You'll Do As a Barista at Cecile Bakery Cafe, you’ll play an essential role in delivering exceptional service and delicious beverages to our customers. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other specialty beverages. Assisting customers with menu selections and ensuring a welcoming experience. Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and dining area. Handling cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently. Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth daily operations. What We're Looking For We’re seeking candidates who bring energy, professionalism, and a love for great coffee to the table. To be successful in this role, you should have: At least 1 year of experience working as a barista or in a similar role. A strong understanding of coffee preparation techniques and equipment. Excellent customer service and communication skills. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
