Paid Social Specialist

Position Overview As a Paid Social Specialist, you are the technical architect of our performance marketing "pod." You will work with a Performance Creative Strategist to drive revenue for our affiliate publishing partners. Key Responsibilities Manage end‑to‑end media buying and campaign setup on Meta (primary) and TikTok (expansion) with flawless technical execution. Continuously optimize bidding strategies and budget distribution to achieve aggressive ROAS targets. Ensure data integrity by monitoring tracking infrastructure, UTM parameters, and accurate attribution. Analyze CTR and CVR trends daily, identify funnel friction, and present data‑backed campaign concepts. Collaborate with the Creative Strategist to route traffic to custom landing pages and maintain tracking signals. Serve as a strategic peer in the marketing pod, contributing technical wins during weekly brainstorming sessions. Qualifications 2–3 years of paid social media buying experience, preferably in‑house at a publisher or agency. Advanced expertise in Meta Ads Manager; familiarity with TikTok Ads Manager is a plus. Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and AI tools for large dataset analysis and actionable insights. Understanding of affiliate marketing dynamics (EPC, revenue share, third‑party tracking). Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative field. Compensation & Benefits Base pay range: $90,000 to $100,000.
