WEEKENDS ONLY Caregiver With HCA

Senior HelpersNorthern Orange County is looking for experienced WEEKEND Caregivers ONLY.Caregiver Qualifications:Experience with transferring clients between various locations (wheelchair, bed, etc.) utilizing proper body mechanics and assistive devices.Experience with using a gate belt assistance.Experience with assisting clients with personal hygiene tasks including sponge baths, bathing, toileting, grooming, etc.Experience with assisting clients with incontinence care and bed-ridden care.Willing to attend training regarding Dementia and Alzheimer’s.1 year of experience preferred, but not required.Reliable transportation.Driver's license & auto insurance.What does a day in the life of a caregiver look like? Providing a helping hand.Have fun and engaging conversations with your clients to build relationships.Participate in your clients’ favorite hobbies (walking, gardening, games, etc.)Prep meals for your clients to enjoy.Assist your clients with walking, dressing, and other daily activities of living.Report what activities were completed with your clients and provide updates on your clients’ physical condition, mental capacity, and behavior.Why be a Senior Helper Caregiver?
