Accounts Receivable Clerk Workman Success Systems Sandy, Utah, United States About this Position AsanAccountsReceivableClerk,youplayacrucialroleinmanagingandtrackingincomingpaymentstoensureourfinancialrecordsareup-to-dateandaccurate.Youhandleinvoicing,monitoraccountstoidentifyoutstandingdebts,andcommunicatewithclientstoresolveanypaymentdiscrepancies.You'llalsoliaisewithotherdepartmentstogathernecessaryinformationandmaintaineffectivecommunicationchannels.Youreffortscontributesignificantlytomaintaininghealthycashflowandsupportingthefinancialstabilityoftheorganization. Thisisanin-officeposition Compensation $55,000 Responsibilities Accounts Receivable Monitorandmaintainassignedcustomeraccounts. Applypaymentsaccuratelyandinvestigateunappliedormisappliedpayments. Reconcilecustomerbalancesandresolvebillingdiscrepancies. Maintainaccuratecustomeraccountrecordsandpaymenthistory. ReconciledailybankandpaymentprocessortransactionsinQuickBooksOnline(QBO). AccuratelycategorizedailytransactionsinQBOinaccordancewithcompanyaccountingpolicies. Researchandresolvediscrepanciesbetweenpaymentprocessors,bankactivity,andcustomeraccounts. Collections Managethecollectionsprocessforallpast-dueaccounts. Contactcustomersbyphone,email,andtextregardingoutstandingbalances. Documentallcollectionactivityandcustomercommunication. Followupconsistentlyuntilpaymentisreceivedortheaccountisescalated. Identifyhigh-riskaccountsandcommunicateconcernspromptlytotheAccountingManager. Recommendaccountsforoutsidecollectionsorlegalactionwhenappropriate. Reporting Communication ReviewARagingreportsregularlyandprioritizecollectionefforts. Provideweeklyupdatesoncollectionactivityanddelinquentaccounts. WorkcloselywithSales,CustomerSuccess,andAccountingtoresolveaccountissues. Respondpromptlytocustomerbillingquestionsandinvoicerequests. Qualifications Workingknowledgeofaccountingprinciples. 2+yearsofAccountsReceivableorcollectionsexperiencepreferred. ExperiencewithQuickBooksOnline(QBO)required. ExperiencewithChargeoverandStripeisaplus. Experiencereconcilingmultiplebankaccounts,creditcardaccounts,andpaymentprocessors. Experienceworkingwithmultipleentitiesorcompaniesundersharedownershipispreferred. ProficientinMicrosoftExcelorGoogleSheets. Strongcommunication,organization,andproblem-solvingskills. Abilitytoprioritizetasks,managedeadlines,andmaintainaccuracyinafast-pacedenvironment.
