Accounts Receivable Clerk

The Opportunity We’re looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our accounting team in Austin. What You’ll Do Process tenant rent payments, deposits, and other receivables. Post cash receipts and reconcile accounts receivable subledger to the general ledger. Prepare monthly statements and assist with collections as needed. Support month-end close, reporting, and audits. Maintain accurate AR records in Yardi and QuickBooks. Assist with special projects and ensure compliance with company policies. What We’re Looking For 2–3 years of accounts receivable, bookkeeping, or accounting support experience. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Reliable, positive, and able to thrive in an onsite, in-office environment.
