We are looking for a motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team in Greenwood!

Essential Functions
- Troubleshoots, maintains, and repairs the following:
- HVAC equipment
- Electrical panels and protective wiring, including all property lighting
- Pools and pool equipment
- Appliances in apartments
- General plumbing
- General carpentry
- Electric motors, controls and auxiliary equipment
- Checks apartments for appearance and cleanliness, structural cracks, excessive wear and faulty parts and reports all needed repairs to the Maintenance Supervisor on site.
- Inventory Management and shop maintenance
Exceptional Customer Experience
- Delivers an exceptional customer experience, both internally and externally, as defined in our Company's Engaging Vision of Customer Service.
- Establish rapport with Residents and provide personalized service.
- Handles Resident inquiries promptly and courteously.
Preferred Licenses & Certifications
- Certified Pool Operator
- EPA Universal
