Retail Initiative Team Representative - Full Time

About the Company C.A. Ferolie is a family‑owned business that has served clients since 1947. Position Overview The Full-Time Initiative Team Representative will maintain our products in grocery stores and supermarkets throughout Northern New Jersey, New York, and Connecticut. The role requires daily travel to the listed areas: New City, NY , Hillsdale, NJ , and West Milford, CT . Candidates must possess a valid driver’s license, a reliable car, and willingness to travel these locations. Compensation and Schedule Salary: $35,000 per year. Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00AM – 4:00PM with a one‑hour unpaid lunch (35 hours per week). Set up product displays. Perform and update fixture signing. Clean departments that have been remodeled. Requirements Valid driver’s license. Own reliable car. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
