Job Summary:
Medical Surgical Floor Nurse in Tulsa, Oklahoma. This position involves providing direct nursing care in a general surgical adult unit with telemetry capabilities. The nurse will implement and monitor patient care plans, assess patient conditions, and coordinate discharge planning, all within a fast-paced, high-stress environment. The role supports a team-oriented approach with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:5-6, supported by patient care technicians and a healthcare unit coordinator.

• Float: Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: This department serves a general surgical adult population, utilizing telemetry monitoring and virtual sitter technology. Travelers may work up to six weekend shifts in a six-week schedule period and during holidays if necessary.
