Supports the Dealer System Specialist (Band 92) in the business administration, operation, testing, and continuous improvement of MB Advantage and related dealer-facing solutions. The position assists with requirements and backlog documentation, user acceptance testing, production validation, incident research, user access and dealer maintenance activities, compliance documentation, and stakeholder communications. Provides day-to-day analytical and operational support to help ensure dealer systems are reliable, accurate, compliant, and responsive to dealer and internal business needs.

Responsibilities:

• System Operations and User Support: Provide day-to-day support for MB Advantage and related dealer-facing capabilities. Triage user and dealer inquiries, reproduce issues, document findings, coordinate resolution with the Dealer System Specialist and ITM, and track open items through closure. Maintain user access and dealer setup information, including support for new dealerships and buy/sell activities. (30%)
• Testing and Release Support: Develop and maintain test cases; execute user acceptance testing and post-production validation for scheduled, emergency, and defect releases; document evidence and results; log and retest defects; and escalate risks, failed results, or unresolved issues to the Dealer System Specialist. (25%)
• Requirements, Backlog, and Project Support: Gather and document business requirements, process flows, user stories, acceptance criteria, and enhancement requests. Maintain Jira items and supporting documentation, analyze stakeholder feedback, and prepare materials for backlog grooming, sprint planning, and project status updates. (20%)
• Data, Controls, and Compliance Support: Perform recurring system and process checks, analyze trends and exceptions, maintain procedures and control evidence, and support compliance with applicable corporate policies and requirements, including A22 and GLBA. Escalate control gaps or data concerns to the Dealer System Specialist. (10%)
• Stakeholder Communications and Training: Prepare user communications, quick-reference materials, presentations, demonstrations, and training content for Dealer Services, MBUSA/OCU Financial Services Field Staff, dealers, and other users. Coordinate feedback and follow-up actions. (5%)
• Vendor and Administrative Support: Assist with vendor meetings, issue tracking, service reviews, documentation requests, View email address on click.appcast.io reviews, and information security assessment activities. Support routine administration and recordkeeping for dealer system vendors and interfaces. (5%)
• After Hours Support: Respond to after hour system down incidents and system releases to support MB Advantage or other connected systems as needed. (5%)

Qualifications:

• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. at the time of application. Relocation assistance will not be provided for this position. This position requires a minimum of 3 years of overall work experience. Preferred experience includes:
• Business-General: 3 years
• Credit: 1 year
• Customer Service: 1-2 years
• Information Technology: 1 year
• Education: High School Diploma/(GED) is required, Bachelor's Degree is preferred. Recommended majors include:
• Business Administration
