Production Operator

Overview EMS, Thin Metal Parts is seeking a dedicated and skilled efab operator to join our dynamic team. This position requires a keen attention to detail, technical expertise, and the ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Operate cleaning and plating processes Process parts through the appropriate chemical baths, following run sheets Perform chemical additions as specified by lab Use a micrometer to measure parts, perform calculations and adjust process parameters In-process inspection of parts using naked eye and magnification Transfer of chemicals to and from electroforming/photo areas General maintenance of equipment and housecleaning of all areas Other duties as assigned Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Demonstrable basic PC skills Able to read blueprints/drawings Ability to follow run sheets and enter data where applicable Ability to multi-task (work in different areas of building on different products simultaneously) Experience with chemicals and knowledge of safety protocols preferred Some heavy lifting may be required Fluent in English, written and verbal skills Ability to troubleshoot Ability to work well independently and as part of a team #J-18808-Ljbffr Wickeder Group │ Engineered Materials Solutions
