Why This Role Is Exciting: Take ownership of commercial construction projects - restaurants, offices, and ground-up construction. Work directly with project managers, architects, and owners to deliver projects on time and on budget. Lead skilled crews and subcontractors while ensuring quality, safety, and schedule adherence. Solve problems in real time, make decisions, and see your leadership shape the finished project. Responsibilities Lead commercial construction projects from planning through completion, including coordination with project managers, architects, and owners. Manage on-site crews and subcontractors to ensure quality workmanship, safety, and schedule adherence. Resolve issues in real time and make decisions to keep projects on track. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of commercial construction experience (office, retail, restaurant, or warehouse projects). Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills. Proficiency with project management and scheduling software. Self-motivated, dependable, and drug-free.
