In this role, you’ll work closely with department leads and project managers to keep projects organized, schedules aligned, and timelines moving forward. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with multiple teams to coordinate information and ensure everyone is working toward the same goals. Essential Job Functions: Work directly with department leads to develop and maintain a master project schedule Coordinate with project managers to establish and monitor project timelines Track project progress and identify potential scheduling conflicts or delays Communicate with department leads and project managers to ensure timelines are realistic and achievable Maintain accurate scheduling and project information Help coordinate priorities across multiple departments and projects Follow up on deadlines, outstanding items, and schedule changes Provide updates to leadership regarding project status and scheduling Assist with improving scheduling and coordination processes Ensure information is accurate, organized, and communicated to the appropriate teams Qualifications: Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent attention to detail Strong communication and follow-up skills Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and project managers Comfortable managing multiple projects and competing priorities Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify potential issues before they become problems Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Previous experience in project coordination, scheduling, data coordination, or a related field is preferred What we offer: Competitive compensation 100% company paid health insurance for employee and dependents 100% company paid dental and vision for employee and dependents 401k with 3% company match Overtime after 8 hours PTO And much more! #J-18808-Ljbffr LJ Inc.
