Dispatch & Billing Coordinator

Delivery Service Dispatcher job is focused on generating cases for billing disputes and service of CO₂ tanks. It involves logging calls, creating service tickets, scheduling and dispatching service, and assisting with billing disputes, gas refills, and equipment safety issues. The role requires high accuracy, attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a three‑week classroom training followed by one week of hands‑on training. Responsibilities Log calls and create service tickets. Schedule and dispatch service personnel. Assist with billing disputes and gas refills. Address equipment safety issues. Essential and Additional Skills Proficiency in customer service. Experience in dispatch and logistics. Familiarity with Microsoft Office. Ability to perform manual order entry. Basic computer navigation and literacy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work weekends and flexible schedules. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Work Environment The position is located onsite in Stuart, FL, in an air‑conditioned office. Training is scheduled Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, for three weeks in a classroom setting. Pay and Benefits Pay range: $17.00–$17.00 per hour.
