Billing Coordinator - Law Office

Nason Yeager is a multi-service law firm, offering a broad range of legal services founded in 1960. Our Palm Beach Gardens branch is currently seeking a Billing Coordinator . The right individual for this role will work with our attorneys and their assistants for the purpose of generating monthly client invoices/bills. What you’ll bring to the table: College degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field is strongly preferred, but not required. 3+ years of progressive experience as a Biller in a law firm environment. Experience with Aderant Expert billing software is preferred. Strong technology skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office are a must. Ability to work well under pressure to meet strict deadlines. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work well under pressure. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Self-starter with ability to successfully adapt to changing priorities and work demands. Ability to multi-task, organize workflow and use time efficiently. Strong attention to detail. Exceptional analytical skills. Candidates must have experience including: Processing client bills via Aderant software. Researching and answering billing questions. Reviewing and editing pre-bills in response to attorney and secretary requests. Handling and processing a high volume of complex bills. Reviewing and verifying accuracy of billing and supporting documentation as required. This full-time position will be accompanied by a competitive benefits package.
