• Familiarity with implementing speech-language interventions designed by SLPs

• Comfort with electronic documentation and data tracking

Key Responsibilities:

• Work alongside certified SLPs to carry out individualized education plans (IEPs) for students
• Assist with direct and indirect therapy services in accordance with students’ needs
• Support data collection, progress reporting, and ongoing assessments
• Maintain clear, consistent communication with teachers, staff, and families
• Help create a positive and supportive therapy environment
