You are ready to contribute as part of a team towards a common goal. Core Responsibilities Help with the sales process and look for upsell opportunities while managing current accounts. Oversee customer orders and quote requests received through multiple channels for all levels of accounts. Expand customer service horizons by maintaining relationships and interacting with customers. Qualifications Demonstrated success working with customers. Inventory sales/order systems experience. Prior experience in industrial distribution or construction supply. 1–2 years experience in customer service. 1 year Microsoft Office experience. 1 year distribution experience.
