You’ll engage customers through proactive outreach, accurate quoting, and timely follow-ups to ensure project success and repeat business.**WHAT YOU’LL BRING*** A results-driven sales mindset focused on achieving regional targets, driving revenue growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences that reflect the Reece standard.* Strong mastery of Reece product lines and sales processes—or the ability to quickly learn and apply product knowledge to lead customer conversations with confidence.* A passion for relationship-building, embracing Reece values through trust, consistency, and solution-focused engagement that expands accounts and strengthens customer loyalty.* Confidence in proactive selling, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, delivering accurate quotes, and ensuring timely follow-up that drives repeat business and customer satisfaction.* Excellent account management skills with the ability to manage multiple customers, timelines, and priorities while ensuring seamless project execution and on-time order fulfillment.* A strategic, insights-driven approach to monitoring sales trends, forecasting opportunities, and implementing initiatives that consistently improve regional performance.* A consultative, solutions-focused selling mindset that leverages expert product knowledge to recommend optimal solutions aligned with project goals and profitability.* A customer-first attitude with the flexibility to step in wherever needed to support customers, strengthen relationships, and maintain a high standard of service.**YOUR BACKGROUND*** Education: High school diploma or equivalent (required); bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or related field preferred.* Experience: Minimum 2+ years of inside sales, customer service, or account management in a wholesale distribution, plumbing supply, or construction-related industry.* Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales goals.* Proficiency with CRM systems - Eclipse* Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.* Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional customer value.Following is a list of physical and mental requirements identified as necessary to achieve the essential functions of this role:* **Attendance –** Ability to maintain the scheduled days and hours, including onsite presence at the assigned location as specified.* **Physical Capacities –** Lift up to 25 pounds on occasion, sitting and standing for extended periods.* **Operation of Office Equipment —** Job requires operation of equipment common to office settings, including computers, copiers, and other office equipment, including Near Vision, Manual Dexterity, and working in proximity to equipment.* **Oral Communication Skills –** Speaking, Speech Clarity, and Speech Recognition.* **Written Communication Skills –** Writing, Reading and Written Comprehension, and Written Expression.* **Mental Capacities –** Achievement/Effort, Active Listening, Adaptability/Flexibility, Analytical Thinking, Attention to Detail, Category Flexibility, Concern for Others, Cooperation and Coordination, Critical Thinking, Deductive Reasoning, Dependability, Independence, Inductive Reasoning, Information Ordering, Initiative, Innovation, Maintenance of Relationships, Integrity, Oral Comprehension and Expression, Problem Sensitivity, Selective Attention, Self-Control, Service Orientation, Social Orientation, Social Perceptiveness, Stress Tolerance, Support, and Time Management.Our commitment to excellent customer service is just part of our story.
