Inside Sales Representative

Description This position is responsible for ensuring that any customer issues are resolved satisfactorily within the parameters of company policies.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Work directly with customers to troubleshoot and identify problems Work internally with various departments as necessary to resolve customer issues Follow up with customers to ensure al issues are resolved satisfactorily Provide support for customers, agents and outside sales representatives Cover the Sales Order Entry function as necessary Qualify sales opportunities, price and availability checks, sales quoting and outbound sales calls Data entry and various administrative support responsibilities Requirements Customer support experience or aptitude Electrical technical aptitude Professional telephone skills Active listening skills Customer-centric mindset Ability to multi-task, prioritize, switch focus quickly and manage time effectively Efficient typing speed #J-18808-Ljbffr Staco Energy Products Co.Vacancy posted 4 days ago
