About the Role

Team 360 Staffing is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our client's growing team. This is a business-to-business (B2B) sales role focused on selling industrial repair services and replacement parts to manufacturing companies.

The ideal candidate is energetic, goal-driven, and enjoys building relationships while generating new business through outbound calls. If you're confident on the phone, motivated by performance, and looking for unlimited earning potential, we'd love to hear from you!

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Full-time | On-site

Pay: $19 - $26/Hourly + Uncapped Commission

Team 360 Staffing is a trusted staffing and recruitment agency connecting talented professionals with leading employers across a variety of industries.

You will be working for an Automation Machinery Manufacturing company that specializes in industrial repair services, including industrial electronics, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, electric motors, and replacement parts.

Responsibilities

• Make 100–120 outbound calls per day to manufacturing and industrial companies.
• Prospect and generate new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
• Sell industrial repair services and replacement parts.
• Follow up on quotes and existing opportunities to close sales.
• Identify customer needs and recommend the best solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals.

Qualifications

• Previous inside sales, B2B sales, telemarketing, or outbound sales experience preferred.
• Strong English communication skills (Spanish is a plus).
• Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls.
• Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented.
• Ability to handle rejection while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Basic computer skills and ability to manage a sales pipeline.

Compensation

• Hourly base pay.
• Uncapped monthly commission.
• Monthly performance bonuses for achieving sales goals.
• Outstanding earning potential based on performance.
