We are seeking a Home Care Scheduler / Staffer to join our team of Home Care Heroes! You will work with our Elderly clients and our caregivers who provide care in the home by ensuring clients' scheduling needs are met. The position is M-F 8:30-5:00 IN-PERSON
Responsibilities:
- Staff available caregivers with clients based on availability and care needs
- Communicate with field staff and Case Managers
- Manage client schedules in our Electronic Medical Records System
Qualifications:
- Experience in Home Care, Hospice, home health, or other related fields
- Positive and patient demeanor
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to build rapport with patients / Caregivers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
We are a very busy home care agency with a large patient load, and we are looking for team members who can thrive in a fast-paced work environment. Candidates must be able to work well with a team, but also work individually when necessary. Excellent interpersonal communication skills are a must.
