Territory Sales Manager

We are looking for an energetic, customer-focused Territory Sales Manager who thrives in a field-based sales environment and has a proven ability to develop new business, grow existing accounts, and build long-term customer relationships. The Opportunity As Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for growing an assigned territory through a combination of new business development, account growth, customer retention, and relationship management. You will: Prospect for and develop new customers Grow sales volume and profitability across existing accounts Build and maintain strong customer relationships Conduct customer visits, product demonstrations, and presentations Prepare quotes, proposals, and negotiate opportunities Develop and manage an active sales pipeline Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reporting Support sales planning and territory analysis Manage customer consignments when applicable Travel extensively throughout the assigned territory — 60%+ of the role is field-based What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is a high-performing outside sales professional who is comfortable prospecting, building relationships, and creating business opportunities in the field. Qualifications: 2–5+ years of successful outside/territory sales experience Proven track record of new business development and customer retention Strong prospecting and lead-generation skills Excellent communication and negotiation abilities Comfortable conducting product demonstrations and customer presentations Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Strong organizational skills and follow-through Willingness to travel regularly throughout the assigned territory A bachelor's degree is preferred; however, 2–5 years of relevant successful sales experience may substitute for a degree.
