Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Occupational Therapy license (Illinois)
• Minimum of 1 year school-based Occupational Therapy experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive, positive learning environment
• Comfortable providing both individual and group therapy sessions

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess student needs and develop individualized therapy plans
• Implement interventions targeting motor skills, sensory integration, and functional abilities
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to maximize student success
• Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school policies
• Contribute to IEP meetings and develop goals tailored to each student’s unique strengths and challenges
• Support students in achieving greater independence and participation in the classroom
