Pediatric School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist - Chicago Ridge, Illinois

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Current or eligible Illinois SLP license
• Active or eligibility for CCC-SLP, or current enrollment in CFY
• Experience with school-aged populations and pediatric caseloads
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Familiarity with IEP development and implementation

In this role, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and provide therapy services to students
• Collaborate closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Develop individualized treatment plans to address students' needs
• Document progress and maintain accurate, timely records
• Participate in IEP meetings, contributing strategies and insight
• Offer support and resources to students, staff, and families
