School Based Speech Language Pathologist Job

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide school-based services for students in a PreK8 setting. The SLP will support students with speech, language, communication, and related disorders that impact educational performance and social participation. This position is approximately 12 days per week with a manageable caseload of 1521 students. Responsibilities Conduct speech and language evaluations for PreK8 students Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services Support students with articulation, fluency, voice, expressive/receptive language, and social communication needs Maintain accurate documentation, therapy notes, progress reports, and compliance records Collaborate with teachers, parents, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams Participate in IEP meetings and team meetings as needed Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans accordingly Utilize evidence-based practices and assistive technology when appropriate Promote communication confidence, participation, and student engagement Qualifications Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active state SLP license and/or Department of Education certification Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills Compensation for this position ranges from $40.00 to $60.00.
