Executes within a well-defined operations framework.Job DescriptionJob Description details and scopeResponsible for receiving orders and accurately entering orders into SAP order management softwarePrepare the Order AcknowledgmentPrepare invoicesPrepare the Lien WaiversAssist the project managers with administrative dutiesSupport with other departments such as Technical Support, Purchasing, Logistics, Manufacturing, Commercial, Product Managers, etc.Support other ordering processing including expediting orders, change orders, etc.Order status and resolving discrepancies.Sales Revenue Recognition to be monitoredRoles and ResponsibilitiesResponsible for maintaining and making available as necessary complete and current project documents and related information throughout the project cycle.Developing conceptual knowledge of professional discipline. May include support roles with specialized expertise or in broad area.Applies general knowledge of business developed through education or experience. Understands how work of own team contributes to the area.Resolves issues using established procedures. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
