Field Mechanic

Job ID: 519555 Field Mechanic Manchester, New Hampshire Responsibilities Travel to field sites and work in the shop as needed (CDL a plus) Plan work procedures and devise solutions such as part redesign or material substitution in collaboration with the Equipment Superintendent Troubleshoot and maintain all heavy equipment including dump trucks, pavers, reclaim and milling machines, loaders, graders, dozers, pistons and rollers Examine equipment and discuss damage or malfunctions with superintendents, operators or project managers Ensure the equipment team follows safety best practices and complies with company policies and safety rules Work closely with equipment manufacturers to stay current with new technology Compensation & Benefits $27.00 per hour or more based on experience Shift differential of $10.00 per hour Overtime pay after 8 hours Tool reimbursement program Company vehicle and gas card Paid time off Annual salary increase potential Comprehensive training program Benefits 80% of health‑care costs paid by the company year‑round Medical, dental, vision, and prescription benefits (single‑price plan) Short‑ and long‑term disability coverage (company‑sponsored) 401(k) with a 5% company match Profit sharing Work Location Manchester, New Hampshire Equal Opportunity Employment CRH is an equal‑opportunity employer.
