Service Technician

Service Technician – Compressed Air Systems Direct Hire Manchester, NH or Conway, NH or Laconia, NH Position Summary The Service Technician serves as a key representative of the company and is responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of compressed air systems and related equipment. This role is customer-facing and focused on delivering exceptional service and technical support onsite. Key Responsibilities Service and maintain air compressors, dryers, filters, tanks, and related compressed air equipment Troubleshoot machine faults and interpret electrical diagrams Perform equipment installations, start-ups, repairs, and preventative maintenance Complete written evaluations, service reports, and recommendations Utilize service software for scheduling and communication Maintain and care for company vehicle and equipment Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and best practices Support customers with professional, consultative service Perform additional duties as assigned Core Competencies Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong organizational and time management abilities Schedule Full-time position Monday through Friday Occasional evening and weekend work may be required based on customer needs Occasional overnight travel required Required Experience Prior field service experience working on compressed air equipment strongly preferred 2–3 years of experience within a service-based organization preferred Valid, unexpired driver’s license required Clean driving record required Estimated Min Rate: $43,680.00 Estimated Max Rate: $76,690.00 Benefits Medical, Prescription, Dental & Vision Benefits (for employees working 20+ hours per week) Health Savings Account (HSA) (for employees working 20+ hours per week) Life & Disability Insurance (for employees working 20+ hours per week) MetLife Voluntary Benefits Employee Assistance Program (EAP) 401K Retirement Savings Plan Direct Deposit & weekly epayroll Referral Bonus Programs Certification and training opportunities All qualified applicants are welcome to apply.
