Service Technician

Service Technician The Service Technician plays a critical role in the success of Restaurant Technologies. Our technicians are responsible for installing and servicing advanced equipment across the food service industry. They install core products for new customers, provide training, troubleshoot and service existing customers, and maintain routine maintenance schedules. Responsibilities Install and maintain products safely and accurately. Meet operational goals: labor per hour, first-time-right, 5S standards. Comply with internal procedures and all local, federal, and regulatory requirements including DOT, OSHA, and HACCP. Maintain proper parts and supply levels in company service vehicles and keep accurate paperwork. Communicate with customers to ensure product performance meets expectations. Provide professional, efficient service, coaching customers on the system as needed. Use mobile applications for parts, customer notes, and time logging. Work nights and vary schedule based on customer demand and installation needs. Qualifications Age 21 or older with a valid driver’s license. High School Diploma or equivalent. Ability to work within a team environment. Strong problem-solving skills for installation and service. Basic mechanical and/or electrical competency. Strong customer focus and ability to respond positively to challenging situations. Maintain a clean driving record in line with Fleet Safety requirements. Physical ability to carry 50 pounds by hand, bend, stoop, squat, stand, walk, climb, twist, turn, and reach. Ability to climb up or down a ladder up to 20 feet. Preferred: Vocational training experience. Benefits Competitive hourly wage at $26 plus Saturday shift differential. Quarterly bonus potential.
