Job Overview A law firm seeks an Attorney specializing in workers compensation defense in Peoria, IL. The firm is committed to providing efficient and effective legal representation, focusing on client needs and achieving successful outcomes. Duties Represent clients in workers compensation defense cases. Collaborate with legal teams to develop case strategies. Conduct legal research and draft legal documents. Attend court hearings and negotiate settlements. Requirements Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school. Active State of Illinois and/or Missouri Law license, in good standing. 0-10 years of experience in workers compensation defense. Education Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school. Certifications Active State of Illinois and/or Missouri Law license. Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
