What You’ll Be Doing

Craft nutritious, delicious menus tailored to individual needs
Lead and inspire your dietary team to excellence
Ensure smooth, safe, and sanitary kitchen operations
Manage food budgets without sacrificing quality or taste
Keep accurate meal counts & food cost reports
Collaborate with patients, families, and staff to meet dietary goals
Develop and enforce policies that set the standard for care
Participate in interdisciplinary care conferences to support holistic health

Who You Are

Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) with an active credential
Graduate of a Dietary Manager or related foodservice program
Minimum 2 years’ experience in foodservice management (healthcare preferred)
Skilled in nutritional care for long-term care & rehab residents
Knowledgeable in enteral nutrition, wound care, weight management, and hemodialysis (bonus!)
Strong decision-making, communication, and leadership skills
Comfortable in a fast-paced healthcare environment
Knowledge of state survey processes & compliance standards
Valid Florida Driver’s License
Familiarity with electronic charting (e.g., Point Click Care ) is a plus
