Your work hours will typically be Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with potential for flexible scheduling to better meet client demands. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive and culturally sensitive mental health assessments to understand the unique experiences of each patient and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions suited to individual clients, incorporating their cultural and personal contexts into care delivery.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions aimed at addressing a variety of mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists and psychologists to provide holistic, coordinated care for patients.

• Offer immediate crisis intervention and support during mental health emergencies, employing crisis management techniques and de-escalation strategies.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, medication management, treatment options, and available community resources.

• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation of patient interactions in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational guidelines.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
