Business Management Analyst I (DHS Suitability)

Cybermedia Technologies (CTEC) is seeking an experienced Business Management Analyst I (DHS Suitability) to join our team

PROGRAM OVERVIEW:

CISA’s Stakeholder Engagement Division requires an integrated team to support council and sector governance, approximately 500 annual engagements, stakeholder coordination, policy and risk analysis, executive communications, records, and contract management. The work spans unclassified and classified environments and requires products that are accurate, accessible, compliant, and ready for government use.

POSITION SUMMARY
Provide hands-on program and governance coordination for CISA councils and sector-management activities. This role is ideal for an organized analyst who can maintain accurate records, support stakeholder engagements, conduct research, and keep actions moving.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Maintain governance documents, membership lists, distribution lists, trackers, decision logs, and participation records.
• Coordinate meetings and engagements, including calendars, registration, agendas, pre-reads, attendee lists, materials, and follow-up.
• Capture meeting notes and update action-item, recommendation, risk, and milestone trackers.
• Conduct directed research on critical-infrastructure, cyber, physical-security, resilience, and stakeholder issues.
• Compile data and prepare routine summaries, status reports, briefing slides, and correspondence.
• Coordinate inputs and approvals with government leads, team members, and external stakeholders.
• Support quality checks, document routing, version control, records management, and Section 508 compliance.
• Respond to shifting priorities and provide rapid administrative or analytical support during high-tempo events.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• 2+ years experience in program support, project coordination, management analysis, policy support, or a related federal environment.
• Clear, concise writing and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to organize multiple tasks, deadlines, records, and stakeholder inputs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and collaboration tools.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a favorable DHS Fitness Determination (Public Trust/DHS Suitability); U.S. citizenship required.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Prior CISA or DHS experience.
• Experience supporting councils, committees, meetings, or executive-level deliverables.
• Familiarity with SharePoint, Power BI, task-management platforms, or federal records requirements..

CLEARANCE : • Active Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain SCI; U.S. citizenship required.

WHAT CANDIDATES SHOULD UNDERSTAND
• Work is expected to be onsite in Arlington, Virginia; approved telework may be available only as authorized by the Government.
• Positions are contingent upon contract award and successful completion of applicable security or suitability processing.
• For cleared positions, the recruiting requirement is an active Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain SCI—not necessarily current SCI access on day one.
• For suitability positions, candidates must be able to obtain and maintain a favorable DHS Fitness Determination. Prior DHS service may help, but a previous Public Trust is not automatically transferable or guaranteed to reactivate.

PAY RANGE- $80,000–$105,000 Annually + Benefits(Compensation and employment offer are negotiable and will be finalized based on the candidate's relevant experience and interview assessment.
