The firm is known for its long-term investment approach, collaborative culture, and commitment to innovation, data-driven decision-making, and operational excellence.This position supports the coordination and execution of private investment operational workflows, including subscriptions, capital calls, investment documentation, funding coordination, and ongoing investment maintenance. The role also contributes to process improvement initiatives focused on enhancing efficiency, organization, and scalability across the platform. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a collaborative, fast-paced investment environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop a strong understanding of the firm's investment platform, operational infrastructure, and private investment processes.Support investment operations, including subscriptions, capital calls, redemptions, and ongoing investment maintenance.Coordinate investment documentation, onboarding materials, and operational records.Maintain operational trackers, reporting tools, and workflow calendars to ensure timely execution.Partner with custodians, fund administrators, external investment managers, and internal teams to support day-to-day operations.Assist with funding activities, cash movements, wire coordination, and transaction processing.Support operational aspects of investment transactions, including secondary market activities.Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance workflows, and increase operational efficiency.Maintain and document operating procedures, controls, and best practices.Demonstrate professionalism, accuracy, and strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.Why This Opportunity?
