We are actively looking to hire a talented hybrid therapist (LPC, LCSW or LMFT) to support our growing San Marcos, TX offices. We seek passionate clinicians committed to clinical excellence. Key Responsibilities Deliver high quality behavioral healthcare to patients. Provide psychotherapy and counseling services in a 100% outpatient group practice setting. Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with clinical and regulatory standards. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to support patient outcomes. Candidate Qualifications Fully licensed as an LCSW, LPC or LMFT in Texas (no dependent license clinicians). Experience working with adult, child, and adolescent populations. Work Environment & Compensation Hybrid role – in office at 151 Stagecoach Trail, San Marcos, TX 78666. Compensation: $75,000–$100,000+ with uncapped earnings based on productivity.
