RN Hospice Nurse - Full-time Tiffin, OH and Fremont, OH locations! Use Your Nursing Skills to Restore Peace, Not Just Treat Symptoms. Are you tired of the 12-hour hospital grind? In hospice, you have the time to truly care for your patients. We are seeking an RN Hospice Nurse who excels in clinical problem-solving and compassionate communication. The Role:
- Manage a dedicated caseload of patients in their preferred environment.
- Expertly manage pain and symptoms using advanced palliative protocols.
- Educate families on the disease process and the dying process with honesty and grace.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team (MD, LSW, Chaplain) to provide holistic care.
- Autonomy: You manage your day and your patients' clinical needs.
- Support: 24/7 triage backup so you can focus on your visits
