Amedisys Home Health is looking for a licensed practical nurse to join our Columbus-based team. This full-time role covers the west side of Columbus, providing in-home nursing care to patients in a comfortable setting. You will verify plans of care, collaborate with physicians and RNs, teach patients self-care, monitor vital signs, reconcile medications, and document visits accurately.
