BrightStar Care of Columbus is seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one pediatric home care for a client with G-tube, trach, and suctioning needs in the comfort of their home.

Schedule

• Every Monday
• 9:00 AM 4:00 PM

What Youll Do

• Provide skilled nursing care in a home setting
• Manage G-tube feedings, trach care, and suctioning
• Assist with daily living and personal care needs
• Monitor patient condition and report changes
• Complete accurate and timely documentation
• Support a safe and positive environment for the client and family

Qualifications

• Active Ohio LPN license
• Current CPR certification
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
• Current TB test or chest X-ray
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• Pediatric, G-tube, trach, or suctioning experience preferred training available
