Schedule: Monday, Wednesday & Friday | 11:00 AM 11:00 PM
Pay: Starting at $31 per hour Are you an experienced or motivated LPN looking for a rewarding one-on-one pediatric home care opportunity? We are hiring a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to care for an infant patient in the home setting in Zanesville, Ohio. This is a consistent long-term case offering a stable schedule, competitive pay, and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in a childs life every day. Patient Care Needs
- G-tube care and feedings
- Tracheostomy (Trach) care
- Ventilator monitoring and support
- Medication administration
- Skilled nursing assessments and documentation
- Provide direct one-on-one nursing care in the patients home
- Monitor respiratory status and ventilator function
- Follow physician orders and care plans
- Maintain accurate and timely charting
- Communicate effectively with family members and clinical team
- Ensure patient safety, comfort, and quality care at all times
- Starting pay of $31 per hour
- Weekly pay via direct deposit
