What You'll Be Doing
- Provide skilled occupational therapy treatments under the direction and supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
- Assist residents in improving independence with activities of daily living (ADLs), mobility, coordination, and functional skills.
- Implement individualized treatment plans designed to help residents achieve their rehabilitation goals.
- Monitor and communicate resident progress to the supervising Occupational Therapist.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to promote positive resident outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation using Net Health .
- Create a positive, encouraging therapy experience for every resident.
What We're Looking For
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
- Current Pennsylvania COTA license or eligibility for licensure.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- A compassionate, positive, and resident-centered approach to care.
- SNF/LTC experience is a plus, but new graduates are strongly encouraged to apply!
- Familiarity with Net Health is helpful, but not required.
