Sales Manager – Wholesale Lighting & Home ProductsLocation: Onsite | Full-Time Compensation: $90,000–$125,000 Base + Bonus/Commission OpportunityA growing consumer products company is launching an innovative new product line within the lighting industry and is looking for a driven Sales Manager to help lead market expansion. This is a high-visibility role reporting directly to executive leadership, ideal for someone who thrives in proactive B2B sales, enjoys building relationships from the ground up, and has experience introducing products into wholesale retail channels. This is not an account maintenance role. We are looking for someone who knows how to hunt, build pipelines, open doors, and drive revenue growth within wholesale and retail environments.What You'll Be Doing:Develop and grow relationships with department stores, mass retailers, distributors, and other wholesale accountsProspect and generate new B2B business opportunities through outreach, networking, and field activityServe as a visible, front-facing representative in the market and maintain strong customer engagementCreate and present proposals, sales programs, and strategic recommendations tailored to client needsPartner cross-functionally with operations, marketing, accounting, and leadership teams to support growth initiativesTrack customer activity, pipeline progress, competitive trends, and market opportunitiesMaintain accurate records and reporting within company systemsAttend trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings as neededSupport the successful launch and expansion of new lighting product lines into the marketplaceWhat We're Looking For:3–6+ years of B2B sales experience within a wholesale environment requiredExperience selling lighting products is strongly preferredProven success generating new business and developing accounts from scratchStrong background in proactive outbound sales and relationship developmentComfortable working directly with executive leadership in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsStrong Excel and Microsoft Office proficiencySelf-motivated, resourceful, and comfortable making decisions independentlyAbility to travel approximately 20%+ as neededPreferred Background:Experience launching new products into wholesale or retail marketsExisting relationships within lighting, home décor, consumer products, or mass retail channelsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferredWhy This Opportunity Stands Out:High-impact role with direct exposure to executive leadershipOpportunity to help shape and grow a newly launched patented product lineStrong compensation structure with bonus/commission potentialEntrepreneurial environment with room for long-term growth and influenceAbility to make a measurable impact on company expansion and revenue growth
