If you already have a Candidate Account, please Sign-In before you apply.Job Description:We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Test Development Engineer to lead the design and deployment of automated test solutions for RF and mixed-signal products across the New Product Introduction (NPI) lifecycle. This role bridges software and systems engineering with deep RF test expertise to deliver scalable, maintainable, production-ready test systems. You will play a key role in defining best practices within a worldwide test development organization.ResponsibilitiesLead the development of automated test solutions using TestStand and C# on PXI-based ATE.Drive RF test development, system integration, and complex hardware/software debugging.Provide design-for-test (DFT) feedback to engineering teams.Mentor junior engineers and technical staff.Drive continuous improvement in software and test architectures, fostering framework re-use and reliability.Minimum QualificationsEducation: BS or MS in Electrical Engineering (EE) or Computer Engineering.Experience: 8+ years in automated test development.Technical Skills:Strong proficiency in C# and TestStand.Deep knowledge of RF measurements.Demonstrated ability to debug complex hardware and software systems.Desired TraitsStructured problem-solving approach.Clear and effective communication skills.Proven track record of building reusable and scalable technical solutions.Compensation and BenefitsThe annual base salary range for this position is USD 121,900.00 To USD 195,000.00As a valued member of our team, you'll be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus and the opportunity to receive not only a competitive new hire equity grant, but also annual equity awards, connecting your success directly to the company's growth.
