M9 Solutions is seeking a Content Developer to support a government contract for a client located in Washington, DC . An active Top Secret clearance is required. Responsibilities Creates, organizes, and maintains digital content for the client within SharePoint to support collaboration and business processes. Designs site structures, builds custom pages, manages metadata, and ensures content is accessible, searchable, and aligned with the client's organizational standards. Requires experience with Microsoft 365 suite (including Word, Excel, Outlook, Publisher, PowerPoint, and Teams). Gathers input from senior leaders, stakeholders, program managers, and subject matter experts. Writes clear and concise content using language tailored to the targeted audience. Ensures consistency in terminology, tone, formatting, and alignment following the client's standards. Develops and publishes content to SharePoint based on guidance provided by the lead. Serves as content administrator and developer for Microsoft SharePoint websites. Guides SharePoint website projects throughout the development, proofing, reviewing, launch, maintenance, and revision phases. Serves the client with professional expertise along with an extreme attention to detail. Required Skills and Qualifications Top Secret security clearance. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in an applicable field. Minimum of 5 years' experience recommended. In the absence of years of experience, certifications, or past work may be used to show the level of experience needed to perform at this level. Requires intermediate-level experience with Microsoft SharePoint version 2015 and 2020. Works independently or with a team when needed and can handle multiple tasks with short deadlines. Full-Time Employee Compensation M9 Solutions' pay range for this position is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include, but are not limited to, responsibilities of the position, education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, as well as internal equity, location, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law. Salary range: $60,000 – $180,000 USD.
