Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and culturally sensitive mental health assessments to gauge patients’ needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic interventions suited to diverse cultural backgrounds.

• Utilize established telehealth systems for effective service delivery, ensuring high-quality care regardless of physical location.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your day-to-day interactions will involve working with a wide array of patients, including individuals facing mental health challenges rooted in their cultural, socioeconomic, and identity contexts. This role emphasizes a holistic understanding of each patient's unique experiences, allowing you to work effectively with different populations while addressing anxiety, depression, trauma, and more.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Georgia.

• A robust understanding of mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment modalities, and the significance of cultural competence in therapeutic practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n
