Overview Paradigm is looking for a full-time, Field Nurse Case Manager to cover Las Vegas, NV, and surrounding areas . This range is provided by Paradigm. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more. Recommended certifications (CCM, CRRN, CDMS, CRC) preferred. REQUIRED within two years of hire date. Valid Driver’s License, and good driving history.
