Production Specialist

PROMAN Staffing has partnered with a well-known manufacturer of fiber optic cables in the Swannanoa, NC area. We are now hiring Production Specialist who are team players, versatile, and dependable!

Production Specialist Job Summary

$20/HR
1st shift 6:30AM-5:00PM Monday-Thursday
Overtime as required
Assembly & Production; Assembles mechanical, electrical and fiber optic connector components.
Inspection and Quality Control; Inspects connectors, cables, and assemblies.
Testing and measurement; Operate Cirrus and Signature PCB Test equipment.
Process Support; Read and interpret Shop Packs, routers and pick lists.

Production Specialist Qualifications

High school diploma/GED Required
2 Year Degree in electronics, mechanics, or industrial technology or 3-5 years equivalent experience.
Soldering experience
Set up and operation of test equipment
Read and understand schematics and technical drawings
Use precision measurement tools and devices such as Network Analyzer, and Time Domain Reflectometers
